About exporting

In Desktop Client, you finish the export process that began in the Analyze or Review phase in Epiq Discovery. The Desktop Client tracks the results of the selected export job and downloads the files to your local computer. You can then transfer the files to a third-party review system outside of Epiq Discovery.

The export job you created in the Analyze or Review phase determines the output file types, directory download name, and the name of the load files. The exported output can include the following information.

• .DAT load file
• Text folder with a .LST file
• Native folder with the native files
• Image folder with an .OPT file
